Just because someone in authority told you that you will experience a difficulty when you get to a particular stage in life doesn't mean it is always true. Statistics might make it seem true but it all depends on your perception and preparation. "To learn that skill is difficult", "Life is difficult", etc are examples of things you hear these days.
People who accept such mistake palm oil for crude oil, pussycat for tiger and a monkey for Gorilla.Your perspective matters because there will always be naysayers in your life that amplify little challenges.
Take a look at Real Madrid, the naysayers were like "Do you know that Buffon has a clean sheet and have only conceded three goals in the league?", "Do you know that Juventus defense is like the wall of Jericho; Barcelona could not break it" etc. Some people went ahead to brag about Juventus saying "if Real Madrid win, I will run naked", "if Ronaldo score a brace, I will trek to Ibadan" I hope they do all that. But what happened? Real Madrid used Juventus to train, dominated first and second half with ball possession. Made their opponents defense look porous. Sent Buffing to retirement with four goals in a single match.
Modric( Madrid player) was named worst transfer in 2012 but was crowned best midfielder in the world this year (2017). Believe in yourself, it's only a mediocre that will see it as pride.
WHOSOEVER YOU LISTEN TO CONTROLS YOUR DESTINY.
Ronaldo, despite his good performance has always been criticized. But he chooses who he listens to. He said " Zidane believed in all of us. He gave us his trust and he trusted us. He always talked to us and made us believe" He also praised Zidane for delivering the right words at half time

Juventus started with grit and determination. The made few attempts but Madrid maintained their stability. Madrid scored and Juventus equalized still Madrid were not under tension but played confidently. The maintained possession of the ball and also were in charge of the mid field. They were not in a haste but juventus were. Madrid were consistent, focused and stable. They knew Juventus would get tired because a sprint only last for a while but success takes time and strategy.

DON'T SEEK THE APPROVAL OF YOUR ENEMIES
Barcelona were fully in support of Juventus. Even though Juventus warned them on twitter not to because they didn't t want to end up like others, the kept supporting. The referee that officiated the match was also a bit partial but all these did not make Madrid to cower. They were confident in themselves and believed in winning. Now, Barcelona. have congratulated Madrid reluctantly via twitter. That is to say, if someone doesn't support you, it shouldn't be your problem. Once you succeed, the will shamefully congratulate you. So focus on succeeding and not seeking validation.
YOU CAN BE SUCCESSFUL IN MORE THAN ONE VENTURE.
Ronaldo, apart from being a world class player has other successful ventures. He has has a 4 star hotel in Madeira (Pestana CR7 Funchal) and another in Lisbon. He has his own fitness center(CR7 crunch fitness), a perfume brand (CR7 legacy) , a clothing line for boxers, blankets, denim e.t.c , CR7 foot wear, Ronaldo kick 'n' Run (video game), CR7 Musuem, CR7 Selfie (App) e.tc. He has sponsorship deals with Nike, Bugatti, Tag Heuer, MEO, Pokerstars, Nubia, Tourismo Madeira, Clear Men, Six Pad, Xtrade e.t.c coupled with his 103 million followers on instagram (that's the population 5 countries if the are less than 20 million). Be good at something, it opens doors to many others.
